One piece episode 5

 I watched the 5th episode of One Piece that followed Luffy and Zoro as they come upon Captain Buggy and Dami. Dami stole the map to the Grand Line from Captain Buggy, and her story line finally connected with that of Luffy’s. Originally Dami refused to join Luffy as a part of his crew, but when they’re all captured by Captain Buggy, she is forced to join forces with them or die. I liked getting to see more of Luffy and how his character is different from a prototypical pirate.

I was also able to recognize some words from our recent Japanese chapter like じゅんび, which means preparation. A lot of this show is more casual, rather than formal, dialogue spoken in a quicker intonation, but I feel like slowly I am getting better at it.
